If you work 60+ hours a week, have a family to take care of, and a home to tend to, you may not have the two hours a day that some programs require in order to see results. These types of programs will not be compatible to your lifestyle. However, if you are seriously out of shape and are suffering from several health complications, a fitness program that requires little to no exercise and only a slight change in diet will do you no good either. You will need something a little more strict and a lot more life changing in order to see results.
